This policy explains what Davenport & Associates, Inc. ("we," "us") collects through iwantmywealthplan.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Registration details — your name, email address and phone number when you register for a webinar. Registration is handled by our webinar provider, EasyWebinar, and shared with our customer relationship management and scheduling platform, GoHighLevel.
- Appointment details — the information you enter when you book a review.
- Your messaging consent — whether and when you agreed to receive text messages.
- Website activity — pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM tags), browser type, IP address and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technology described below.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents through this website.
How we use it
- To register you for the webinar and send confirmations, reminders and the replay.
- To contact you about booking a complimentary review and about our services.
- To send text messages, only if you agreed to receive them.
- To measure which advertisements and emails work, and to show our ads to people likely to find them relevant.
- To keep records we are required to keep and to protect the site from abuse.
Advertising and measurement (Meta)
This site uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. When you visit a page, register, or book an appointment, that event is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. together with technical information such as your IP address, browser, Meta cookies, and — where you have given them to us — your email address, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta's use is governed by its own privacy policy.
Under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act this may be considered processing for targeted advertising. You can opt out below at any time.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your information for money. We share it only with service providers who run this site and our client records on our behalf — EasyWebinar (webinar registration and reminders), GoHighLevel (CRM, email, text and scheduling), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Meta (advertising measurement, as described above). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Text messages
Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
We use first-party storage to remember which ad or link brought you here and to avoid counting the same
registration twice, and Meta sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) when the Pixel is
active. The webinar registration form and booking calendar are embedded from EasyWebinar and GoHighLevel and are
governed by their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for targeted advertising. Email or write to us using the details below. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if you remain unsatisfied you may contact the Connecticut Attorney General.
